Once you apply and your application is accepted by us, we will process your RTA submission and coordinate the inspection. Once the inspection is passed , we will finalize your move-in date and submit the HAP paper work.
Tenant Requirements
We would like our tenants to have income 3 times of rent . (Or Tenant Portion for CMHA Voucher Holders). No County , Rental, Criminal Records in the Last 4 years. What is the Pet Policy
Most of the Properties we rent, allow Pet. There is a one time non refundable fee (from $200) and monthly fee (from $40) depending on Pet type and size
Application Fee
Application fee is $40 Per Adult who likes in the Rental Apartment
Application fee is paid to the 3rd Party who performs the background check and is NOT refundable in any case . Your Application fee is not refundable even if your Application is rejected for any reason or you withdraw

Security Deposit Question
We prefer Rhino or Guarantors Renters Insurance in lieu of Security Deposit . During the Application process we will register you in the Insurance Vendor website and send you the invitation to apply for Rental insurance. Insurance Provider can Accept or Reject your application , set Premium amount etc. based on your application information.
Deposit insurance such as Rhino or Guarantors can have benefits for tenants that provide more protection than a traditional one month deposit, especially for qualified tenants. You can also get a co-guarantor which may help with your application.
In case if required , we will work with you other options like Security deposit or adding someone in your family who can qualify etc.
